"I can't find enough good things to say about Renata. She's an absolute treasure.
Renata Brown is the only person I will allow near me with hot wax. I found out the hard way that some people shouldn't be trusted anywhere near your bikini line and that Renata's the only one I should ever deal with. So that's what I've been doing, and now she has her own place in Crystal Palace and it looks fab! Stylish and comfortable and not at all intimidating.
Gentle, friendly and funny, Renata is *so* good that I end up spending an entire waxing session laughing with her... which I've been led to believe is not normal... Apparently, I should be writhing in agony, but that never happens - I always come out feeling happy and smiling, which is surely quite an achievement.
Once, during a facial, I was so relaxed that I tried to roll over in my sleep and had to be woken up at the end. THAT'S how good Renata is. That has *never* happened to me elsewhere!
I worry that with such a nice new salon and location, Renata will get super popular and booking an appointment will become impossible. But I'm writing this anyway because even though I want to keep her all to myself, if you *are* planning a beauty treatment in Crystal Palace, this is where you want to be!"
